What Does Responsible Gaming Mean?

Responsible gaming means enjoying gaming in a way that does not negatively affect your financial situation, family relationships, or mental health. ero18x believes gaming is entertainment and should always be an enjoyable experience.

Millions of people in Bangladesh enjoy cricket betting, slots, and live casino. But sometimes gaming habits can become uncontrolled. That is why ero18x provides various tools and guidelines on its platform to ensure responsible gaming.

Remember — gaming is never a source of income or a solution to financial problems. It is a form of entertainment. If you find yourself betting money you cannot afford to lose, that is a warning sign.

Warning Signs of Problem Gaming

Placing more bets to chase lost money, hiding your gaming, skipping sleep or work to play, or borrowing money from loved ones — these behaviors are signs of problem gaming. If you notice any of these, contact our support team immediately.

Signs of Healthy Gaming Habits

Playing only with spare money, keeping to time limits, accepting wins and losses equally, and keeping gaming a small part of your life — these habits are the mark of responsible gaming.

Assess Yourself

Answer the following questions honestly. If three or more answers are yes, please speak with our support team.

Do you often bet more money than your planned budget?
Do you feel the urge to play again to recover money you have lost?
Do you hide your gaming habits from family or friends?
Do you skip sleep, work, or study to play?
Have you borrowed money for gaming, or considered doing so?
Do you want to stop playing but find you cannot?
