General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the basis of the legal agreement between the ero18x platform and its users ("you" or "member"). The ero18x.lat website and all services operated on it are governed by these Terms.
ero18x is an online gaming platform that provides slot games, live casino, cricket betting and other entertainment gaming services for Bangladeshi users. The platform operates using SSL encryption and follows a fair play policy.
These Terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence if a difference is found between the two. These Terms determine time according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Account Registration
To use services on ero18x, registering a valid account is required. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited.
Information Provided at Registration
At the time of registration you must provide the following accurate information:

- Date of birth (for age verification)
- An active and working mobile number
- A valid email address
- Your preferred payment method details
Accuracy of Information
Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account suspension and all balances (balance, bonuses, winnings) may be forfeited. ero18x may at any time request additional documents for identity verification.
Account Security
Keeping your account login credentials, password and other security information confidential is entirely your responsibility. You must immediately notify our support team of any unauthorized access to your account.
Age Limit and Eligibility
Services on the ero18x platform are available only to those aged 21 and above. No person under age may create or use an account on this platform.
If anyone under the age of 21 accesses the platform by any means, their account and all transactions will be considered invalid and will be immediately cancelled.
ero18x may at any time request a national identity card, passport or other government-issued document for age verification. Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
Bonuses and Promotions
ero18x offers promotional offers and bonuses from time to time. Each bonus may have its own terms, however the following general bonus policy applies to all promotions.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
Wagering Requirements
The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x) before withdrawal. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawal. Bonus bets may not apply equally across all games.
General Bonus Terms of Use
- A bonus may only be used once, unless otherwise stated
- Only one bonus may be active on an account at a time
- The expiry of each bonus will be stated separately in each offer
- Deposited funds will remain withdrawable before wagering requirements are met, however funds earned from a bonus may only be withdrawn after the requirements are fulfilled
- If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled
VIP Program
Regular members may participate in the ero18x VIP program. This program is divided into five tiers with weekly cashback benefits: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.3%, Gold — up to 0.5%, Platinum — up to 0.6%, Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Promotion to a higher tier depends on the member's gaming activity and activity on the platform.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on ero18x is ৳200. This minimum limit applies to all payment methods. Although there is no specific upper limit on deposit amounts, ero18x may in some cases take additional time for verification.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In special circumstances this may take longer, such as when identity verification is required.

Withdrawal Verification
ero18x reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal for security purposes. Withdrawals will only be made to the payment account used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Currency
ero18x processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency will not be accepted.
Gaming Rules
All games on the ero18x platform operate on the basis of a fair play policy. Each game has its own rules which should be understood before playing.
Betting Limits
Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet amount which is clearly shown within the game. ero18x reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
Technical Issues
If any game is left incomplete due to a server outage, connection issue or other technical reason, ero18x will determine the result of that round according to the game provider's server logs. ero18x reserves the right to cancel prizes awarded due to an obvious technical error.
Game Providers
Games from various world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft and JILI are available on the ero18x platform. Each game provider has completed its own fairness testing.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ero18x platform and violations may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Using a false identity or fake information
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor
- Abusing or committing fraud against the bonus system
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing
- Operating games using automated bots or software
- Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking the platform's system
- Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users
- Taking unfair advantage of technical errors
- Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geo-restrictions
If evidence of any of the above activities is found, ero18x reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit all bonuses and winnings, and take legal action where applicable.
Account Suspension and Closure
Suspension by ero18x
ero18x may suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:
- Any violation of these Terms
- Failure or inconsistency in identity verification
- Suspicious or unusual transaction activity
- Allegations of deception or fraud
- Evidence of bonus abuse
- An order from a court or regulatory authority
Closure by the User
If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact us via our 24/7 live chat or email. Before the account is closed, your remaining balance (excluding bonuses if wagering requirements have not been met) may be withdrawn.
Self-Exclusion

Limits of Liability
Services on the ero18x platform are provided on an "as is" basis. ero18x accepts no responsibility in the following cases:

- Due to delays or failures by third-party payment providers
- If services are unavailable due to an unexpected technical outage or force majeure circumstances
- If account credentials are stolen or misused due to the user's own negligence
- For any financial loss arising from gaming
ero18x is not liable under any circumstances for direct or indirect losses that did not result directly from a technical error on the platform. Maximum liability will in no case exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
